About Sarah Weinstein

1
I am an Executive Consultant and a Licensed Psychotherapist (CA LMFT #90123) who specializes in working with lawyers, legal professionals, medical doctors, and other individuals in high-pressure careers. Before opening my private counseling office, I practiced law for many years in large, corporate firms in New York City and San Francisco. I also clerked for judges on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Northern District of California.

While I thrived on the intellectual challenge of the legal profession and enjoyed many aspects of the practice of law, ultimately I felt I could make a more unique contribution by helping my colleagues on a more personal level. My experience as a lawyer makes me keenly attuned to the day-to-day emotional life of professionals, including life away from work. I have a particular interest in supporting those struggling with high levels of stress, self-confidence, burnout, workplace organizational challenges, anxiety, depression, relationship strain, parenting, divorce, blended families, and trauma.
